For classroom testing, avoid sensitive student data. Use sample names, initials, or first names only when that is appropriate for your setting.

Useful details for a support request: the game or class name, approximate time, attempted action, teacher or student page, and browser or device type.

Never send a student access code, password, or personal student information.
